Rachel Huff-Doria is focused on strengthening leadership, community, and strategy through the tools of facilitation and participatory design. She is the owner/director of RHD LLC and brings over a decade of experience in leadership development, civic engagement, community organizing, and coalition building that frames her design thinking approach.  

Lily is a public health professional, program evaluator, and experienced facilitator with over 10 years of relevant experience. Her public health background will be instrumental in structuring community engagement that considers how infrastructure and economic opportunities will impact the welfare of the Bonner-Milltown-West and Riverside communities for decades to come.
