1960 River Watch Trail - Seeley Lake Refuse District Annexation

The property owners at 1960 River Watch Trail, Seeley Lake, MT 59868 have petitioned the Missoula County commissioners to annex their land into the Seeley Lake Refuse District. You can find the petition at Book 1094, Page 706. The request proposes to only annex the property owned by the petitioners. If approved, the refuse district will assess taxes to the petitioners.

Staff will present the petition to the commissioners at their public meeting at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 9th, 2023 where they will hear public comment and make a decision on the request.
