22050 Hwy 12 W Fire Annexation

The property owners at 22050 Hwy 12 W Lolo, MT 59847 have petitioned the Missoula County commissioners to annex their land into the Missoula Rural Fire District. You can find the petition at Book 1090, Page 626. The request proposes to only annex the property owned by the petitioners. The fire district has reviewed the request and agrees that the property should be included in the area that falls under their fire protection. If approved, the fire district will assess taxes to the petitioners.

Staff will present the petition to the commissioners at their public meeting at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 10, 2023, where they will hear public comment and make a decision on the request.
