The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Sophie Moiese Rom at the Missoula County Courthouse Annex, 200 W. Broadway, to determine whether fulfillment of the Comprehensive Development Plan of the Wye TEDD requires pledging tax increment to the payment of bonds.

The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Sophie Moiese Room at the Missoula County Courthouse Annex, 200 W. Broadway for two items related to the Wye Water System. First is to sign a resolution approving the Purchase Agreement for the Wye Water System and sign the corresponding Purchase Agreement. Second is to approve a bond resolution which will pay for the purchase.
