Boundary Line Relocation at Old Lolo School Site
Project Description:
Developer MCG-Vines is requesting a boundary line relocation and aggregation for their Belltower Subdivision project located at 11395 Hwy. 93 S. in Lolo. The property is at the site of the old Lolo School and consists of 6 tracts of lands on approximately 33.75 acres.
The boundary line relocation aims to more closely follow the approved layout of the Belltower PUD subdivision by changing the outline of the 6 tracts of lands to follow the contours of the new subdivision, as well as to align with the Missoula County Growth Policy land use designations. The aggregation will remove an underlying boundary on parent Tract B that was identified by the Clerk and Recorder’s Office. All tracts involved are unzoned, and there is no mapped floodplain on the property. The boundary line relocation and aggregation does not change the number of tracts of land or the number of acres on this property.
