For the first time in more than a decade, Missoula County raised land use fees assessed to development applications. Missoula County Community and Planning Services assesses land use fees to applicants to cover the cost of review of new construction and development applications related to zoning, subdivision, floodplain, etc. Without these fees, local taxpayers would cover these costs.
