Approximately 11% of Missoula County's residents currently walk or bike to work.

There are many planning efforts that have occurred throughout Missoula County throughout the years. In order to build upon these planning efforts, and to understand priorities and goals that have already been articulated by the community, the following plans were reviewed at the beginning of the planning process. While many previous planning efforts have focused on the City of Missoula, this project encompasses the whole county.
