Create a Rural Special Improvement District in your area to help expedite road maintenance

Montana property owners, per state law, can petition to create rural special improvement districts (RSIDs) in specific areas to help pay for improvements, such as for roads. RSIDs work by having those who live in a designated area pay into the RSID to fix issues within their area. Public Works prioritizes road maintenance in RSID areas because funding for that area has already been allocated.
