IMEG is in the early stages of a private development proposal and is seeking feedback from the public on developing a property off Highway 93 S. near Missoula into a mini warehouse facility, which would require a growth policy amendment and rezoning. 

The property owner may also explore developing other parts of the property into a river access site and parking lot to provide safer, more convenient access for recreators. This would require coordination with public agencies, though owning and managing this type of facility is not currently in the plans for any state or local agencies. 

Feedback received through this survey will help guide project development and inform the formal application to Missoula County for a growth policy amendment and rezoning request.

While IMEG is using Missoula County's engagement platform to collect initial feedback through this survey, there are no decision points for the County at this stage in the project. If the project moves forward, IMEG would submit a formal application to the Planning, Development and Sustainability office for review, and the County would continue to provide updates and engagement opportunities on this page.
